Ingredients

  • 1 (12oz) pink lemonade concentrate
  • 4 cups raspberry lemonade chilled
  • 1 (2 liter) lemon lime soda chilled
  • 6 cups raspberry sorbet or sherbet

Instructions

  • Gather all your ingredients: pink lemonade concentrate, raspberry lemonade, Sprite, and raspberry sorbet. Make sure the lemonade concentrate is thawed for easy mixing.
  • Use a large punch bowl or pitcher that can hold at least 1 gallon of liquid. If serving for a larger crowd, you can double the recipe and use a beverage dispenser.
  • Pour the pink lemonade concentrate into the punch bowl.
  • Add the raspberry lemonade and stir gently to combine.
  • Slowly pour in the Sprite to preserve its fizz, stirring lightly to mix.
  • Scoop the raspberry sorbet into the punch bowl. Place scoops gently on the surface; they’ll float and begin to melt, giving the punch a creamy, frothy layer.
  • Add fresh raspberries, lemon slices, or strawberries to the punch bowl for extra flair and flavor.
  • Ladle the punch into individual cups or glasses. Include a bit of the frothy sorbet topping in each serving for a fun and delicious presentation.
  • This punch is best served fresh while the sorbet is still melting and the Sprite is bubbly. Perfect for parties, date nights, or any celebration!
