Polar Bear Oreo Cookies. These adorable cookies are dipped in melted white chocolate and decorated with min vanilla wafers, M&M’s, and mini marshmallows to give them their bear like appearance.

Equipment

Ingredients

  • Oreo Cookies
  • Mini Vanilla Wafers
  • Mini Marshmallows cut in half
  • Brown M&M candies
  • Black Frosting
  • White chocolate or Candy Melts

Instructions

  • Melt chocolate according to the package *See notes
  • Dip the back of a mini vanilla wafer cookie in melted chocolate. Secure to the bottom half of your Oreo cookie. Let dry.
  • Dip the entire cookie in melted chocolate. Tap off excess and place on wax paper.
  • Working quickly, add mini marshmallow ears and M&M nose.
  • Let dry completely.
  • Once dry, carefully dip the marshmallow ears in melted chocolate to cover.
  • Use an edible marker or black frosting to draw eyes.

Notes

If your chocolate is too thick, add a spoon full of shortening and mix until combined.
