BEST Rice Krispie Treats- Easy recipe!

Ingredients

  • 6 tablespoons Salted Butter
  • 10 oz Mini Marshmallows
  • 6 cups Rice Puff Cereal like Rice Krispies

Instructions

  • 1. Prepare a 9x13 dish by buttering or misting with cooking spray (we like coconut oil spray).
  • 2. Melt the butter in a large pot.
  • 3. Stir in the marshmallows and stir with a silicone spatula until melted.
  • 4. Working quickly, add the cereal and stir to combine fully with the melted marshmallow mixture. Transfer to your prepared dish. Gently press into an even layer.
  • 5. Allow the bars to sit for 5 to 10 minutes. Slice and serve!

Notes

Gently press the bars down using wax paper or clean wet hands to help keep the marshmallows from sticking.
Be sure not to press too hard.
