Ingredients

  • 1 pint strawberries
  • 1 cup no bake cheesecake filling we used Philadelphia
  • 2 graham crackers crushed to crumbs

Instructions

  •  Wash the berries and dry them fully before beginning.
  • You can use a special tool to hull the berries, which does make it easier, or you can use a pairing knife. Insert the knife at a slight angle on the top of the berry, keeping close to the stem. Cut a circle or cone shape around the stem, creating a hole big enough to fill. Carefully pull the stem with your fingers to remove and discard.
  • Place the filling into a piping bag, or a zip top bag with the corner sniped off, and pipe into the center of each berry.
  • Press the top of the filling into graham cracker crumbs and set on a serving plate.
  • Serve immediately, or chill until ready to serve.

Notes

One pint equals roughly 12 large, 24 medium, 36 small strawberries.
