Ingredients

  • 1 (8 count) package crescent rolls
  • 16 cocktail sausages

Optional Topping

  • 2 tablespoons butter melted
  • 2 teaspoons brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • everything bagel seasoning

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, stir together the melted butter, brown sugar, and Dijon mustard until well combined. Set this aside for later.
  • Open the can of crescent rolls and unroll the dough onto a cutting board. You’ll see it’s pre-cut into triangles. Take each triangle and cut it in half lengthwise, so you end up with two smaller triangles from each original one.
  • Place one little sausage at the wider end of each dough triangle. Then, simply roll it up towards the pointed end, wrapping the sausage snugly in the dough.
  • Once all the sausages are wrapped, brush the tops with the butter mixture you made earlier. After that, sprinkle each roll with Everything Bagel seasoning for an extra flavor boost.
  • Place the wrapped sausages in a single layer in your air fryer basket. Set the air fryer to 300°F (150°C) and cook for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown and crispy.
