In a small bowl, stir together the melted butter, brown sugar, and Dijon mustard until well combined. Set this aside for later.
Open the can of crescent rolls and unroll the dough onto a cutting board. You’ll see it’s pre-cut into triangles. Take each triangle and cut it in half lengthwise, so you end up with two smaller triangles from each original one.
Place one little sausage at the wider end of each dough triangle. Then, simply roll it up towards the pointed end, wrapping the sausage snugly in the dough.
Once all the sausages are wrapped, brush the tops with the butter mixture you made earlier. After that, sprinkle each roll with Everything Bagel seasoning for an extra flavor boost.
Place the wrapped sausages in a single layer in your air fryer basket. Set the air fryer to 300°F (150°C) and cook for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown and crispy.
