Ingredients

  • 2 (20oz) can apple pie filling
  • 2 cans crescent roll dough
  • 1 tablespoon butter melted

Topping:

  • 1 tablesoon granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  • Set your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit and let it preheat.
  • Line a baking tray with parchment paper to prevent the rolls from sticking and to make cleanup easier.
  • Open the can of crescent rolls. Unroll the dough and separate it into individual triangles. Place the triangles on the prepared baking tray.
  • Spoon 2-3 apple slices from the apple pie filling onto the wider end of each dough triangle.
  • Starting at the wider end with the apple slices, roll the dough towards the narrower end, tucking the apple pieces tightly into the center as you roll. You should end up with a shape that looks like a small croissant.
  • Brush the top of each rolled crescent with melted butter.
  • Mix the sugar and cinnamon in a small dish.
  • Sprinkle a mixture of cinnamon and sugar on top of each roll for extra flavor.
  • Place the baking tray in the preheated oven.
  • Bake for 8-12 minutes, or until the crescent rolls are golden brown.
