Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 teaspoons Livia's seasoning
  • 1 cup enchilada sauce
  • 1 ½ cups shredded cheese
  • 10 fajita size uncooked tortillas*

Instructions

  • Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  • Add the ground beef to the heated pan. Cook and crumble until browned.
  • Season with your favorite seasoning, we like Livia's.
  • Stir in the enchilada sauce and shredded cheese.
  • Spoon 2 heaping tablespoons of the meat mixture onto the lower half of a tortilla.
  • Roll tightly into the taquito shape and place seam side down on a baking tray.
  • Bake at 400 degrees for 12-15 minutes, flipping the taquito over when halfway through, or until lightly browned.
