Biscuit Pizza Bombs

These easy Pizza biscuits are made with biscuit dough stuffed with pizza sauce, mozzarella, and pepperoni, then brushed with garlic butter and baked until golden. A quick, cheesy snack or dinner everyone will love.

Ingredients

  • 1 can biscuit dough 8 count
  • ½ cup pizza sauce
  • 8 slices pepperoni
  • 2 oz mozzarella cheese cut into 8 small cubes or use about 1 teaspoon shredded per bomb
  • 1 tablespoons butter melted
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it to prevent sticking.
  • Open the can of biscuits and separate them. Using your hands or the back of a measuring cup, press each biscuit into a flat circle.
  • Place about ½ teaspoon of pizza sauce in the middle of the dough circle. Add a small cube of mozzarella cheese and one slice of pepperoni on top of the sauce.
  • Gently pull the edges of the dough up and over the filling, pinching tightly to seal. Roll it into a ball with your hands, making sure no sauce or cheese is peeking out.
  • In a small bowl, mix melted butter with garlic powder and Italian seasoning. Brush this mixture over the tops of each dough ball.
  • Arrange the prepared pizza bombs on the baking sheet, leaving a little space between each. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown and the dough is cooked through.
  • Let cool for a few minutes before serving—they’ll be piping hot inside! Serve with extra pizza sauce on the side for dipping.
