These creamy Margarita Popsicles are the ultimate frozen cocktail treat—bright, citrusy, and just the right amount of boozy. Made with tequila, lime juice, and a splash of coconut milk, they’re perfect for summer parties or a fun adult dessert.
Add ingredients to a blender. Combine the tequila, orange liqueur, lime juice, limeade, sugar, and coconut milk with the salt in a high-powered blender.
Pulse the mixture for 15–30 seconds, or until everything is well blended and smooth. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
Carefully pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving about ¼ inch at the top to allow for expansion as they freeze.
Place the popsicle sticks into each mold. If your mold doesn’t support sticks upright, let the mixture freeze for about an hour before inserting.
Transfer the molds to the freezer and freeze for at least 6 hours, or overnight, until fully solid.
To release the popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds, then gently pull them out.

Notes
No coconut milk? No problem. You can leave it out or substitute with vanilla greek yogurt.
We like to use a really high quality limeade. Pick one you love the flavor of.
