Ingredients

  • 2 shots espresso
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar cinnamon syrup more or less to tast
  • 4-6 oz oatmilk start with 1/2 cup
  • ice

Instructions

  • Brew two shots of espresso and place inside a 2 cup glass jar, about 3 oz total.
  • Add 1 to 2 tablespoons of brown sugar syrup to the espresso. Fill the glass with ice. Close tightly with the lid and shake for 15 to 20 seconds, or until combined and frothy.
  • Add 4-6 oz of oat milk over the top of the espresso, I like about 1/2 cup.
  • Stir, sip and enjoy!

Notes

Find yourself missing brown sugar syrup? Try this version:
Add 1 tablespoon brown sugar, 1 tablespoon water, and a small pinch of cinnamon to a 2 cup glass jar. Microwave for 10 seconds, or until the sugar is dissolved.
From there add the espresso and ice and follow the recipe instructions.
