Ingredients

  • 1 cup strong brewed coffee*
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sugar optional
  • whipped cream optional

Instructions

  • Start by brewing a strong cup of coffee. Let it cool slightly, then pour it into an ice cube tray. Freeze for 3 to 4 hours, or until the cubes are completely solid.
  • Once the coffee cubes are frozen, place them into a blender along with the milk, caramel sauce, and sugar (if using). Make sure your blender can handle ice for the best results.
  • Blend on medium to high speed for about 2 minutes, or until the mixture is thick, icy, and smooth.
  • Pour the blended frappuccino into a glass. Top with whipped cream and an extra drizzle of caramel sauce for that coffee shop touch.

Notes

Make sure the coffee is strong brewed. Don't use cold brew. It will taste watered down.
