Ingredients

  • 6 oz cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning
  • 1 cup chicken cooked and shredded
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded and divided
  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1/4 cup green onion

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, and ranch seasoning mix. Use a hand mixer or a spatula to mix until well blended and smooth.
  • Fold in the shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, and sliced green onions into the cream cheese mixture. Mix until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
  • Spread the mixture into an oven-safe baking dish, smoothing the top with a spatula.
  • Sprinkle the additional 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top of the dip.
  • Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly, and the cheese on top is melted and slightly golden.
  • Remove the dip from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with extra sliced green onions if desired.
