Chicken Bacon Ranch Wrap

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup chicken cooked and chopped
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheese like pepper jack or cheddar
  • 4 slices bacon cooked and chopped
  • 1 tablespoon green onion
  • 3-4 tablespoons ranch dressing
  • 2 large romaine lettuce leaves
  • 2 large tortillas burrito size works well

Instructions

  • Place the roughly chopped chicken, bacon, cheese, green onion, and ranch dressing in a mixing bowl. Gently toss to combine and coat everything with the dressing.
  • From here, you can cover and keep in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. OR you can start to make your wrap.
  • Lay a large, or burrito sized, tortilla on a clean work surface. Place a cleaned lettuce leave onto the middle of the tortilla. Top with half of the chicken mixture.
  • Tightly roll the filling into the center of the tortilla, like you would roll a burrito. Cut in half and enjoy.

Notes

We really enjoy stirring in 1/2 a cup to 1 cup of other vegetables like diced tomatoes and avocado.
