Let’s talk Chicken Caesar Wraps. They’re the culinary equivalent of a hug—in food form, of course. Quick, delicious, and packed with protein, this wrap is what weeknight dreams are made of. Perfect for meal prep or a packed lunch that will keep you full!
Cook the chicken strips according to the package directions, or chop precooked chicken if you are using leftovers or rotisserie.
Allow the chicken to cool for a few minutes and then chop into small pieces.
Add the chopped chicken, lettuce, cheese, crouton crumbles, and dressing into a large bowl. Add tomatoes or other vegetables if using. Toss gently to combine until the dressing is coating most of the filling.
Spread 1/4 of the mixture onto the center of a large tortilla. Leave about 2 inches empty around the edge for folding freedom.
Fold in the sides of the tortilla toward the center but not all the way over the ingredients. Now, take the edge closest to you and fold it over the tucked-in sides and ingredients, squeezing everything together like you’re giving it a lil’ hug.
Hold everything in place while you roll the wrap away from you, towards the remaining open edge. Apply gentle pressure to make sure it’s snug but not smothered.
Enjoy your wrap!
Notes
Optional: You can add a squeeze of lemon juice, a sprinkle of garlic powder and pepper, or a handful of cherry tomatoes for even more deliciousness. Calorie count is from a third party and uses rotisserie chicken. Adjust according to your chicken and dressing counts.
