Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen strawberries sliced
  • 1 frozen banana
  • cup milk
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • honey optional

Instructions

  • Start by pouring the milk into your blender. This helps everything blend smoothly and prevents the blades from getting stuck.
  • Next, add your strawberries (fresh or frozen), banana, and yogurt. If you’re using frozen fruit, no need to thaw—just toss it in.
  • Secure the lid and blend for 1 to 2 minutes, or until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy. Scrape down the sides if needed and blend again.
  • Give the smoothie a quick taste. If the fruit isn’t sweet enough for your liking, add 1–2 teaspoons of honey and blend again until fully mixed.
  • Pour into glasses and enjoy right away for the best texture.

Notes

Fresh berries can be used in place of frozen.
Make sure you use very ripe bananas. This will add sweetness, making the need for honey or sugar less likely.
