Stir together the refried beans and milk until smooth and slightly thinned. Spread into the bottom of a 9×13 pan OR 2 9 inch pans.
In a clean mixing bowl, whisk together the cream cheese, sour cream, and taco seasoning until smooth, about 30 seconds to 1 minute. Spread evenly over the top of the bean layer.
Spread guacamole over the sour cream, creating the third layer, being careful not to press too hard.
Spoon the salsa over the top of the guacamole, carefully spread to create the next layer in the dip.
Sprinkle an even layer of cheese over the salsa.
Spread the olives, optionally with sliced tomatoes, on the edges of the dish.
Sprinkle the edges generously with green onion.
Add the extra sour cream to a small zip top bag and carefully snip off the corner. Pipe the sour cream into a spider web shape.
Slice one whole olive in half for the spider body and use sliced olive pieces to create the spider legs.
Serve immediately or cover and chill until ready to serve.
