This Cinnamon Honey Butter Recipe comes together in just 5-minutes and uses only 3-ingredients! A perfect copycat Texas Roadhouse Butter that tastes great on rolls, toast, muffins and more!
Add the softened butter to a medium mixing bowl. Using a hand mixer or a sturdy spatula, beat the butter on medium speed for 1 to 2 minutes, or until it becomes light, creamy, and slightly fluffy. This step helps create a smooth, whipped texture.
Use a spatula to scrape down the sides of the bowl, pulling all the butter into the center. Add the honey and cinnamon to the bowl.
Continue mixing for another 1 to 2 minutes, or until the honey and cinnamon are fully incorporated and the mixture looks creamy and uniform.
Transfer to a small jar or serving dish. Serve immediately with warm rolls, toast, pancakes, or anything that needs a sweet, buttery upgrade. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
Notes
Make sure the butter is room temperature. Leaving it out of the refrigerator for 20 minutes or more will help you start with a soft butter- which means the honey can mix in evenly.
