Place the ground beef into a medium saucepan over medium heat. Break it apart with a spatula and cook until no pink remains, about 5–7 minutes. Drain excess grease if needed.
Stir in the beef broth, tomato paste, ketchup, chili powder, onion powder, garlic powder, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well, bring to a simmer, and cook uncovered for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until slightly thickened.
While the chili simmers, place the hot dogs in a warm skillet. Cook, turning every couple of minutes, until browned and heated through, 5–7 minutes.
Assembly:
Place each hot dog in a bun. Spoon chili over the top and add shredded cheese or any toppings you love.
Enjoy immediately while hot.

We like to serve this recipe with ketchup, mustard, onion, relish, and jalapeno as toppings.
