1 shot espresso or 1/4-1/2 cup strong brewed coffee 1/2 cup milk 1 to 2 tablespoons brown sugar or brown sugar syrup* 1 tablespoon pumpkin puree 1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract 1/8 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice optional
Combine all of the ingredients into a blender and pulse for 30 to 45 seconds, or until combined.
Fill a glass, or cup of choice, with ice. I like to fill mine about 2/3 full.
Top the ice with the coffee mixture.
Optional, you can add a little whipped cream if you’d like.
Add a straw and enjoy!
Brown Sugar Syrup
PREP : Combine 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1/2 cup water, and one cinnamon stick in a small pot.
SIMMER : Bring to a simmer and allow it to cook for 5 minutes, or until the sugar has dissolved and the mixture has slightly reduced.
COOL : Let the mixture come to room temperature and remove the cinnamon stick. Enjoy with your favorite coffees.
