Ingredients

  • 1 cup vanilla ice cream
  • 1/2 cup fresh strawberries
  • 1 strawberry pop tart
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup milk

Instructions

  • Hull and slice the fresh strawberries and toast a Pop Tart to get that signature crispiness (yep, we’re going all out).
  • Toss the fresh strawberries, one toasted Pop Tart (broken into pieces), vanilla ice cream, and milk into a blender. Blitz until it’s all smooth and creamy.
  • Pour that pink paradise into a chilled glass, and then go to town with whipped cream, Pop Tart crumbs, and a fresh berry on top.

Notes

Too thick? Splash in more milk. Too thin? Hello, more ice cream!
