Ingredients

  • 1 pizza crust
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/4 onion chopped
  • 1 cup chopped red and green pepper
  • 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
  • 1 (10 oz) can enchilada sauce
  • 1-2 cups Mexican shredded cheese
  • chopped tomatoes
  • sliced olives
  • fresh cilantro
  • sour cream
  • guacamole

Instructions

  • Set your oven to 425°F. If using a baking stone or sheet, place it in the oven while it preheats for a crispier crust.
  • In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef with the diced onion and bell peppers until browned. Break up the meat as it cooks to get an even texture.
  • Sprinkle the taco seasoning over the beef, stirring well. Drain any excess grease, then return the pan to low heat and mix in the enchilada sauce. Let it simmer for a minute to blend the flavors.
  • Place your pizza crust on a baking sheet or stone. Evenly spread the beef mixture over the crust, leaving a small border. Sprinkle shredded cheese generously over the top.
  • Transfer to the oven and bake for 8-12 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Remove from the oven and top with fresh tomatoes, olives, cilantro, or any of your favorite taco toppings. Let it cool slightly before slicing and serving.
