In a small bowl, mix the cream cheese and Dijon mustard until smooth. This will be your flavorful spread.
Lay a tortilla flat and spread 1-2 tablespoons of the cream cheese mixture evenly, leaving about ¼ inch from the edges to prevent overflow.
In the bottom third of the tortilla, layer lettuce, turkey slices, crispy bacon, Swiss cheese, avocado slices, and tomato.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
To roll the wrap, fold in the sides first, then start rolling from the bottom up, keeping it tight as you go.
Slice the wrap diagonally in half and serve immediately.
We have tried this recipe with both regular cream cheese and cream cheese with chives. Everyone agreed that the chive version is our favorite.
For an easier roll, warm the tortilla for 7-10 seconds in the microwave before assembling. This helps prevent cracking!
