Ingredients

  • 4 oz cream cheese *see notes
  • 2 teaspoons dijon mustard
  • 3 tortillas
  • 3 large lettuce leaves
  • 6 slices turkey sliced from the deli counter
  • 6 pieces bacon cooked
  • 3 slices swiss cheese
  • Avocado and tomato sliced
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, mix the cream cheese and Dijon mustard until smooth. This will be your flavorful spread.
  • Lay a tortilla flat and spread 1-2 tablespoons of the cream cheese mixture evenly, leaving about ¼ inch from the edges to prevent overflow.
  • In the bottom third of the tortilla, layer lettuce, turkey slices, crispy bacon, Swiss cheese, avocado slices, and tomato.
  • Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
  • To roll the wrap, fold in the sides first, then start rolling from the bottom up, keeping it tight as you go.
  • Slice the wrap diagonally in half and serve immediately.

Notes

  • We have tried this recipe with both regular cream cheese and cream cheese with chives. Everyone agreed that the chive version is our favorite.
  • For an easier roll, warm the tortilla for 7-10 seconds in the microwave before assembling. This helps prevent cracking!
