Ingredients

  • 1 quart lime sherbet
  • 1 liter lemon lime soda chilled
  • cups pineapple juice chilled

Instructions

For a Pitcher

  • Scoop your desired amount of sherbet into a large pitcher or punch bowl. About 3–4 generous scoops should do the trick.
  • Slowly pour the lemon-lime soda over the sherbet. It will start to foam and fizz—perfect for that “witches brew” look.
  • Gently stir in half of the pineapple juice to add extra flavor and balance the sweetness.
  • Serve immediately while it’s bubbly and cold.

For Individual Cups

  • Place one large scoop of sherbet into each cup or glass.
  • Add about 2 to 4 tablespoons of pineapple juice over the sherbet.
  • Top off with lemon-lime soda, pouring slowly to keep the foam from overflowing.
  • Serve right away for the best texture and fizz.

Notes

  • Ingredient Substitutions: Occasionally we will add 1 container of fruit punch concentrate for a boost in flavor or frozen fruit pieces.
