How to make easy grinch cookies

Tips and FAQ’s:

While this recipe really could not get easier, there are a few quick tips and common questions I’d love to answer.

How to thin candy melts for dipping:

Candy melts too thick and not coating the cookies smoothly? No problem! Add a teaspoon or two of shortening to the candy before you melt it.

More Tips for Christmas Grinch Cookies:

  • Use parchment paper to place the cookies after dipping. This will help them dry without sticking to a surface.
  • Work quickly when placing the sprinkles. The chocolate will harden quickly and you want them to stick.
  • Keep the cookies stored in an airtight container.
