Homemade Pumpkin Spice Coffee Creamer
This coffee creamer is super simple to make and packed with fall flavor.
All you need to do is combine the ingredients in a jar, shake, and add to your favorite coffee.
Writing this post makes me want to cuddle up in my favorite fall sweater, read a good book, and sip on a fresh brewed cup of coffee.
Before we start I want to cover a very important fact.
What is the difference between pumpkin puree and pumpkin pie filling?
Pumpkin puree pumpkin that has been cooked and blended.
The sign of a good pumpkin puree is making sure it has only one ingredient: pumpkin. Always check the label.
Pumpkin pie filling is loaded with additional spices and ingredients. Opt for the pumpkin puree with this recipe.
- 2 cups coconut milk*
- 1 (14oz) can sweetened condensed milk*
- 3 Tablespoons pumpkin puree
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- Combine all ingredients into a large jar. Secure with a lid and shake until combined.
- Store in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
*We like the flavor of coconut milk in this recipe. You can also use almond milk or half and half.
*We prefer dairy free sweetened condensed milk but regular works just as well!
