This coffee creamer is super simple to make and packed with fall flavor. All you need to do is combine the ingredients in a jar, shake, and add to your favorite coffee.

Writing this post makes me want to cuddle up in my favorite fall sweater, read a good book, and sip on a fresh brewed cup of coffee.

Pumpkin Puree

Ingredients in homemade pumpkin coffee creamer:

  • Milk of choice
  • Sweetened condensed milk
  • Pumpkin puree
  • Pumpkin pie spice
  • Vanilla extract

We like to use coconut milk in this recipe. It adds a subtle hint of flavor without overpowering the pumpkin. Another great option is almond milk or half and half.

How to make homemade coffee creamer:

  1. Combine all ingredients into a large jar. Secure with a lid and shake until combined.
  2. Store in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups coconut milk*
  • 1 14oz can sweetened condensed milk*
  • 3 Tablespoons pumpkin puree
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients into a large jar. Secure with a lid and shake until combined.
  • Store in the refrigerator for up to two weeks. 

Notes

*We like the flavor of coconut milk in this recipe. You can also use almond milk or half and half. 
*We prefer dairy free sweetened condensed milk but regular works just as well!

    Hi Jessica! I loved this coffee creamer recipie! It is so yummy! But I do have a question…I used coconut milk, and the next morning it was super thick. Is that normal..was it the coconut milk that made it like pudding?

    1. Hi Julie, if it was canned coconut milk and stored in the refrigerator then yes. It will be a little thicker, like pudding. You can heat it up or add a little milk or water to thin it out.
