What You’ll Need:

I have a super simple classic two ingredient fudge recipe on here already. This is essentially one of many 2 ingredient fudge variations. The ingredient list will be similar in all different flavors.

  • Baking Chips: In this case, Andes’ or chocolate mint
  • Canned Frosting.

The only item that could be tricky to find are the Creme De Menthe Baking Chips (affiliate). You can find them in the baking aisle of most grocers. Ours always sets them towards the bottom shelf of the regular chocolate chips. OR you can pick them up on Amazon (affiliate).

Step By Step Instructions:

  1. Line an 8×8 square pan (affiliate) with parchment paper.
  2. Place the mint chips in a glass bowl. Microwave 1 minutes, stirring every 15 seconds, or until melted.
  3. Fold (affiliate) the chocolate frosting into the melted chocolates.
  4. Quickly pour into the prepared dish and refrigerate for 1 hour or until firm.
  5. Slice into 12 to 24 pieces and enjoy.

What an easy fudge to make. When we're running out of time and ideas, I hope I remember this just before Christmas :)
