  • 2 Ingredient Recipe: All you need are two simple ingredients.
  • Holiday Treat: Perfect for the holidays, or any time you need a quick sweet tooth fix!

It is no secret that I am obsessed with two ingredient fudge recipes. They are so quick and easy, taste incredible, and are basically no-fail. If you can use a microwave, you can make this recipe for Mint Chocolate Fudge.

ANDES MINT FUDGE INGREDIENTS

I have a handful of 2-ingredient fudge recipes right here on my site, but this one is by far my favorite. The rich chocolate paired with the creamy melted mints is heaven. And the recipe could not be any easier!

  • Baking Chips: In this case, Andes’ or chocolate mint. There is a generic version we’ve found in both Walmart and Smiths that works great too.
  • Canned Frosting: Pick your favorite chocolate canned frosting from the store.

HOW TO MAKE FUDGE WITH 2 INGREDIENTS

  1. Line an 8×8 square pan (affiliate) with parchment paper.
  2. Place the mint chips in a glass bowl. Microwave 1 minutes, stirring every 15 seconds, or until melted.
  3. Fold (affiliate) the chocolate frosting into the melted chocolates.
  4. Quickly pour into the prepared dish and refrigerate for 1 hour or until firm.
  5. Slice into 12 to 24 pieces and enjoy.

The only item that could be tricky to find are the Creme De Menthe Baking Chips (affiliate). You can find them in the baking aisle of most grocers. Ours always sets them towards the bottom shelf of the regular chocolate chips. OR you can pick them up on Amazon (affiliate).

HELPFUL RECIPE TIPS

This recipe is so simple that it is hard to mess up. Here are a few tips to help get you a perfect finish every time.

  • No parchment paper? No problem. Use foil to line your pan.
  • Use a knife to swirl the top of your fudge giving it a beautiful finish on top.
  • Add crushed thin mint cookies for a 2 ingredient fudge variations.
  • This mint fudge recipe without condensed milk is as close to the classic as you can get without all of the work. Give it a try!

What an easy fudge to make. When we’re running out of time and ideas, I hope I remember this just before Christmas 🙂
