breakfast casserole

This has every element of a good breakfast. The sausage, hash browns, eggs, Bisquick… It’s just a baking dish full of deliciousness and perfect for a crowd.

The beauty is that you can quickly cut it in half- making it perfect for a smaller family- OR double it for a large crowd. And did I mention it is also freezer friendly? That makes it ideal for busy weekdays.

I love it so much that I served it at the waffle bar baby shower I hosted for my darling sister in law. It was the star of the show. Somehow it shined through all of the sweet confections spread across the table and was gone in under 10 minutes.

Recipe Features

  • Quick and Easy Breakfast- The hardest part is cooking the sausage.
  • Easy to Customize- We used sausage but you could easily use bacon or a mix of meats.
